From Rock Bottom to a Multi-Million Dollar Empire: The Story of Phoenix Pipe Lining

After a divorce, I was searching for a fresh start when I discovered Nuflow, a Canadian pipe lining company. I landed a low-paying sales job, but I worked tirelessly—learning the trade, knocking on doors, and building my own client base.

A chance encounter at a trade show led me to a new role, where I spent the next seven years selling pipe lining solutions. With financial stability, I took a leap and started a successful events business.

Then, an unexpected phone call changed everything—my former employer was filing for bankruptcy. Sensing an opportunity, I reached out to Peter, who had interviewed me a decade earlier. Together, we acquired assets from the failing company and launched Phoenix Pipe Lining—a business built on integrity, quality, and expertise.

Cracked Drainage Pipes - Some of your options

Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) is a drain relining method utilising trenchless technology that dates from the early 1970s and is an effective means of rehabilitating cracked drainpipes. The process involves an inverted, tubular material saturated with resin being inserted into the cracked drain-pipe with the use of either a winch or air pressure.

An inflatable device is then used to expand the material to fit the form of the pipe interior after which the resin is activated via the use of water or UV light and held in place by the inflatable. The resin is allowed to cure before the inflatable device is removed.
